“Hot Mulled Spiced Wine” or “Gluhwein” for Movie Night Outdoors
Makes six servings (four ounces each):
3/4 cup water, 3/4 cup white sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 orange, 10 whole cloves, 1 bottle red wine

Directions

- 1. Combine water, sugar and cinnamon in a small pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and allow to simmer.
- 2. Cut orange into halves and squeeze the juice into the simmering pot. Push the cloves into the orange peel and place the peel into the pot. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes, until ingredients become syrupy.
- 3. Add the wine and continue to heat until steaming (but do not boil). Remove the orange halves and cloves.
- 4. Pour into mugs, turn on the SunBriteTV, and enjoy!
